Pathological liar and con man Donald "Rump" Trump has ostentatiously announced that he's donating $1 million to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, but someone who knows Rump very well says don't believe it. Tony Schwartz, who wrote "The Art of the Deal" for Rump, knows Rump's history of reneging on contracts, commitments and contributions. Rump's usual ploy is to use money that was donated by others to his Donald J. Trump "Foundation." He's even used his "foundation" money to settle lawsuits. So, take it from Mr. Schwartz:

BONUS: The White (Supremacist) House is hedging on whether the supposed $1 million will come from Rump's pocket or his "foundation", i.e. the pockets of others.
