Only The Best, Judicial Nominees Edition

We recall the sordid story of former Louisiana Republican Sen. David "Diapers" Vitter, who was a client of the infamous D.C. Madam back in 2007. After getting caught, Diapers dragged his forlorn wife Wendy on the stage as cover while he gave the standard political "if my wife can forgive me, why can't you?" speech. In their infinite wisdom, the people of Louisiana gave Diapers a pass in the spirit of laissez les bon temps rouler, and reelected him to the Senate in 2010.

We thought his decision not to run for reelection in 2016 was the final chapter in the Vitter saga, but now incompetent sociopath Donald "Rump" Trump has nominated Diapers' wife Wendy to the Federal bench as District Judge for Eastern Louisiana, which includes New Orleans. In confirmation hearings yesterday, Ms. Diapers declined to answer a question of whether she supported the landmark civil rights decision in Brown v. Board of Education. She was further questioned about her long-standing anti-choice views, among them an endorsement of the debunked view that abortion was linked to various cancers.

The waffling on the question about school segregation alone should automatically disqualify her, but beyond that she's totally unqualified to hold a Federal judgeship, having never tried a case even at the municipal level. This should be a no-brainer for rejection, but then we're dealing with a lot of no-brainers these days.

She's a nasty POS. No wonder he needed hookers and diapers. Can you imagine being the child of one of these repukes and what they must think?

Anon -- She has no business being anywhere near a court, except as a defendant.
