Trump Shitshow Continues, UK Edition

After yesterday's recorded interview with the Rupert Murdoch tabloid The Sun, in which he gave openly racist views about immigration (see post below) and touted his right-wing doppelgänger Boris Johnson as a potentially great Prime Minister after he resigned from Prime Minister Theresa May's cabinet, bigot and demagogue Donald "Rump" Trump had a press conference with May where he backed away from his blunt criticism of May's Brexit policy. But not before he claimed the paper's coverage was "fake news," despite the paper's audio recording that proved he was lying.

When it came to questions, Rump refused to take one from CNN's Jim Acosta, calling the network "fake news." He'd earlier blasted a question by NBC's Kristen Welker that suggested he undermined our NATO allies. After refusing to take a question from CNN, reporters with integrity should have protested, walked-out, or asked the question that Acosta wanted to ask. Sadly, but predictably, it didn't happen with the access-obsessed White (Supremacist) House press corps. Indeed, Fux "reporter" John Roberts took the mic from Acosta and asked a question without missing a beat. Integrity!

It was encouraging to see the British people, especially Londoners, who turned out in the tens of thousands to protest the dangerous buffoon's visit, flying the now-famous Rump baby balloon high. Rump has avoided cities where protests are being mounted against him, preferring country estates and royal castles to insulate him.

BONUS:  Rump's next stop, Scotland, where he'll be golfing (naturally), isn't looking forward to his visit either.  Scotland's national newspaper, The Scotsman, issued a blistering editorial yesterday, calling Rump "an appalling human being."
