That’s my trauma.” -- Michelle Obama, on non- voter and Democratic voter turnout problems, quoted in the Netflix special "Becoming" (based on her book), streaming starting on Wednesday.  Based on 2018 and other off- year results, it's not looking like motivation will be a problem this year.  But absolutely nothing can be taken for granted.
