Following Her Dream: A Dancer's Appreciation


This story touched us on a day that we lost John Lewis. Morgan Bullock, a 20 year old African-American woman from Richmond, VA didn't listen to the people who told her she shouldn't do Irish step dancing because she wouldn't fit in with the white women performing it, i.e. "cultural appropriation." Fortunately, she didn't quit. And, after she demonstrated her amazing talent and passion on social media, well, watch her story from the BBC.
