Among his multiple delusions, sociopath and corrupt con man Donald "Impeached Forever" Trump thinks he's the greatest President of all time. He's known to pine for his image to be carved on Mt. Rushmore, and was fluffed by South Dakota's small time, kowtowing governor, Kristi "Palin Lite" Noem with a 4 foot scale model of the mountain with his image on it. She had set the fantasy in motion when she invited Trump to a July 4 "celebration" at Mt. Rushmore, and immediately started speculation that she was currying favor with Trump to jettison hapless, blank-eyed VP Mike Pence from the 2020 ticket and add her. She later had to sooth the nervous Pence that she wasn't a threat...for now.
With Trump having lost the popular vote in 2016, being the least popular person to hold that office in modern times, facing a wipeout in November, and having the mark of impeachment branded on him for posterity, the prospects of that happening exist only in Trump's narcissistic mind and those of his enablers and cult. But that won't stop right-wing opportunists like Noem from playing him, much like Russian thug Vladimir Putin and North Korea's dictator Kim Jong-Un have played him to America's detriment.
