(Try to imagine the "former guy" trying to muster the empathy and decency for such an occasion; it's impossible).
Earlier that day, Biden signed a bill that designated the Pulse nightclub site -- where 49 people were killed in a mass shooting in June 2016 -- as a national memorial.
