... Trump’s campaign says it has raised $7.1 million since he was processed at an Atlanta jail on Thursday night for attempting to overturn the Georgia election, according to figures first reported by Politico. On Friday, Trump raised $4.18 million—more than any other day of his campaign.
The fundraising haul has been fueled in part by the campaign’s sale of mugshot-adorned T-shirts, mugs, and more that read, “NEVER SURRENDER.”
Following his arrest on Thursday, Trump returned to X, formerly known as Twitter, for the first time in more than two years, posting his mugshot and directing supporters to his campaign website. “What has taken place is a travesty of justice and ELECTION INTERFERENCE,” the site claims. He asked his supporters donate to the campaign to “evict Crooked Joe Biden from the White House and SAVE AMERICA during this dark chapter in our nation’s history.”
The haul demonstrates Trump’s success in turning his four indictments into fundraising ammo. Over the past three weeks, during which Trump was indicted in Washington, DC, on charges related to his role in the January 6 riot and arrested in Georgia on charges of attempting to subvert the election, the campaign has brought in nearly $20 million—more than half of what it raised during Trump’s first seven months in the 2024 race.
Spoiler alert: these funds are going to the lawyers defending the "billionaire" Malignant Loser in four jurisdictions, because he won't use any of his own. As others have noted, at this point his "campaign" and legal strategy (staying out of jail) are one and the same. So why is this good? Every rube sucker that still believes in this world- class charlatan and felon, and that sends his or her Social Security check or depletes his or her bank account to support him is pounding it down a rat hole. It won't keep him out of the slammer, and it won't make him President again. It doesn't go to the GQP. It doesn't go to Senatorial and Congressional races, so we say: Good! Keep it up you delusional MAGAts!

Former Sen. Joe Lieberman said Sunday the No Labels group intends to select a presidential ticket in April in Dallas.
Speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” Lieberman told host Shannon Bream: “We already have scheduled a bipartisan convention. Think about it. We haven’t seen that ever in recent history. A bipartisan nominating convention for Dallas, Texas, in April of next year.”
Lieberman is the founding chair of No Labels. He said the centrist group’s top priority is qualifying for the ballot in every state.
“Right now, we’re focused first on what’s most important: On getting on the ballot with a third line in all 50 states that we will then offer and give to a bipartisan unity ticket,” he told Bream.
Lieberman, who was the Democratic nominee for vice president in 2000 as well as a longtime senator from Connecticut, said polling indicates the country is open to a possible presidential candidate who is neither President Joe Biden or former President Donald Trump.
“Our plan is to only run if we think we have a chance to win realistically,” he said. “And look, we just finished a poll of 10,000 voters in the eight battleground states. And we give them a choice of Trump, Biden and a moderate independent third choice, and 63 percent say that they’re open to a moderate Independent third choice.”
Lieberman did not say how the No Labels movement would select a presidential ticket or who might be considered, but said: “We think there’s a real opportunity for a third choice.”
Democrats have characterized No Labels as an effort that could lead to a return to the White House by Trump...
In the future, the less said about Joe Lieberliar and his ego- driven band of cynical, washed- up pols the better. They don't have "a chance to win realistically," but that won't stop them from raising money from Republican donors and lining their pockets.
Earlier this year, Schlapp was sued for alleged sexual battery and defamation by a Republican campaign operative who claimed that the CPAC leader groped his crotch during a campaign trip last fall. Schlapp has denied the claim.
In addition to that lawsuit, some board members and staffers have been told about other incidents involving Schlapp, 55, and two younger men, multiple people with direct knowledge of the situation said.
In one incident, a staffer said Schlapp attempted to kiss him while drinking late after a work function in 2017. The staffer also provided documentation from that night to The Washington Post showing physical contact that the staffer said was unsolicited.
In another incident, Schlapp allegedly made unwanted physical advances on someone else’s employee during a CPAC business trip in Palm Beach, Fla., in early 2022, according to multiple people informed of the incident. The alleged victim did not respond to requests for comment...
Schlapp and his fellow grifting wife Mercedes (former Malignant Loser Director of Strategic Communications) are among the most vile bottom- dwellers in the CPAC/ MAGAt sewer. As with so many others of his kind, when the public hypocrisy that shrouds the private life is revealed, it's a "surprised not surprised" moment.
