First Los Angeles, Now Washington, D.C. [UPDATED]

 

In another attack on a city run by Democrats, the corrupt Malignant Fascist -- still struggling to get attention away from his part in the Trump-Epstein scandal -- is about to deploy National Guard troops to the streets of the nation's capital, much like he did in Los Angeles as part of his vicious deportation plan. The MF has been threatening a Federal takeover of the city for some time, pointing at violent crimes (violent crime rates actually are down in D.C.) and the long-term homeless situation. As the Washington Post reports, FBI agents are also working overtime in D.C. on carjackings, after DOGE dweeb Edward "Big Balls" Coristine was the victim of a beating and carjacking attempt:

"The FBI has begun dispatching agents in overnight shifts to help local law enforcement prevent carjackings and violent crime in Washington, according to two people familiar with the matter, as President Donald Trump threatens a federal takeover of the nation’s capital and considers calling up the National Guard.

A decision on calling up the Guard could come as soon as Monday, when Trump plans a news conference at the White House on crime in D.C., according to a U.S. official speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive situation.

Trump on Sunday compared forthcoming action against D.C. crime to his administration’s aggressive crackdown against illegal immigration at the southern border, saying that he plans to 'immediately clear out the city’s homeless population and take swift action against crime.'

'Be prepared! There will be no ‘MR. NICE GUY.’ We want our Capital BACK,' Trump wrote in a post on his Truth Social social media platform."  (our emphasis)

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser pushed back on the MF's false claims, noting that violent crime is down 26% from last year. 

The Oval Office felon wants to fix something that isn't broken, or at least something that isn't how he falsely describes it, again engaging in performative, distracting politics aimed at Dems and minorities. He's happy to "clear" the homeless out of D.C., with no indication of where they'd be relocated to. Or, in the worst-case scenario, he's consolidating his control over the capital city as a precursor to his next power grab.  LA and D.C. are just the beginning for this perverted demagogue.

UPDATE: The MF announced that the National Guard will be deployed in Washington, and that D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department will be under Federal control.  Ironic, since the DC MPD was on the receiving end of the MF's seditionist rioters on January 6.
