Netflix had just acquired WBD for billions of dollars, itself raising serious objections to the monopolistic nature of the deal and the future of the entertainment industry. But, given Paramount's ownership and its partners, it looks like Netflix's acquisition is doomed, unless they can wet the Malignant Fascist and his crime family's beak even more than Paramount.
