The suspected #MAGAbomber is in custody, so let's chill a little as we head into the weekend, shall we?  Baltimore's own dream pop duo Beach House (Victoria Legrand and Alex Scally) have a new single just out, "Lose Your Smile"/ "Alien".  We couldn't decide which one we wanted to share more, so you get both sides now (yes).  Hope you enjoy.

This is going to be a beach (Atlantic) weekend, so the first musical offering is from Beach House, a "dream rock" duo that formed in Maryland. They call to mind, IMHO, the Velvet Underground with Nico. Then we have the Lovin' Spoonful with a lesser-known gem. Have a wonderful weekend!
