The Forming Of A Trump Crime Family Dynasty (UPDATED)

Florida's MAGA Republican party has taken a step toward elevating the Trump crime family to generational, regal status by naming several family members to the Florida delegation to the Republican convention, as reported by NBC News. Eighteen- year- old Barron Trump, who was an infant when his father had a one-night stand with adult film actress Stormy Daniels, was named an at-large delegate, along with failson Eric, coke nose Don Jr., neglected daughter Tiffany and her husband Michael Boulos. Eric will reportedly put the Malignant Loser's name in coronation nomination. From the linked article:

"Trump, former President Donald Trump’s youngest child, who will graduate from high school next week and has largely been kept out of the political spotlight, was picked by the Republican Party of Florida on Wednesday night as one of the state’s at-large delegates to the Republican National Convention, according to a list of delegates obtained by NBC News."

We can imagine Florida Gov. and Republican primary loser Ron "Bootsie" DeSantis must be mortified at the metaphorical wedgie given him by being pushed from the spotlight by the Trump Crime Family in his own state. The article continues:

"In a family full of politically involved children, Barron Trump, who turned 18 in March, has retained much more of a private life than his older brothers, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., both of whom will also be Florida at-large RNC delegates, along with Trump’s daughter Tiffany.

He was pulled into political headlines last month at the start of his father’s New York criminal trial related to hush money payments to an adult film star ahead of the 2016 election.

The former president’s attorneys argued that he should be allowed a break from trial to attend Barron Trump’s May 17 high school graduation, which Judge Juan Merchan agreed to allow."

Actually, the Malignant Loser had falsely whined that Judge Merchan had decided not to allow him to attend his son's high school graduation, only to be proven a liar when Merchan later OK'ed time off for him to attend the graduation. 

Recall that the Malignant Loser tried to elevate his lusted-after daughter Ivanka into a President-in-waiting role by dragging her off to international meetings, performing ceremonial duties, and chairing government conferences despite her lack of knowledge and experience. She's since largely removed herself from political activities. The MAGA Republican National Committee, which is already run by rabid daughter-in-law and tone deaf singer Lara, has been fully incorporated into the Malignant Loser's long-term political scam, now apparently in the service of making sure a Trump will always have control of the rotted out Republican party / cult years into the future.

UPDATE:  Looks like Barron has withdrawn; Melania's apparently trying to keep him away from politics for now.

RNC Becomes A Piggy Bank For Trump Inc.

It had to happen in an authoritarian, fascistic movement like MAGA: the party has become the personal possession of the cult leader they're about to nominate. The Republican National Committee, about to disgorge its current failed chairperson Ronna Romney McDaniel, is filling the leadership team with radical Trumpists, led by proposed co-chair Lara Trump, the wife of pathetic Eric. What makes this bad news for Republicans / MAGAts is the financial levers will be operated for the primary benefit of the Malignant Loser, not candidates down-ballot. From Heather Digby Parton's excellent article in Salon.com:

"The RNC is a mess. The Federal Election Commission released its year end fundraising reports and they showed that the RNC had its worst fundraising year since 2013 only managing to take in $87.2 million in 2023. [snip]

This isn't really McDaniel's fault, however. The reason they can't raise any money is because Trump is hoovering it all up for his campaign and his Super PACs which are paying his voluminous legal expenses. In addition, the GOP primary candidates have all been spending like drunken sailors on their doomed campaigns, further consuming cash which might have gone toward national party building." (our emphasis)

Starving national party building and state candidates because their cult leader needs cash to pay his lawyers and massive fines is fine with the Malignant Loser's daughter-in-law and the others brought in to make the RNC a exclusive funnel for funds to the Malignant Loser. Michael Whatley, a radical MAGAt, and Chris LaCivita, a long-time Trump loyalist, are his choices to manage the conversion. In fact, LaCivita is the Malignant Loser's campaign manager and will serve as the RNC's Chief Operating Officer at the same time. Looks like the Trumps have a new family business / grift.

Lara Trump has been grifting off of the family's name for some time, as the article discusses. Her new gig at the RNC should send shivers down the weak spines of MAGAt candidates nationwide. They'll have to settle for crumbs as daddy-in-law gets top priority:

More Trump Nepotism

It's no surprise that the Malignant Loser likes nepotism. He brought his lusted-after daughter Ivanka and her grifting husband Jared into the White House to push through trademarks for themselves and gather petrodollars from the Middle East to feather their nests, amounting to hundreds of millions. That doesn't include Jared's parting gift of $2 billion from the Saudis for shilling for them.

Now, wanting to cement his takeover of the Republican / Forced Birth/ Shooters Party, the Malignant Loser has picked his fanatically loyal team to replace feckless outgoing chair Ronna Romney McDaniel and it's led by daughter-in-law and frequent Fux Channel talking head Lara Trump, as Politico reports:

"Former President Donald Trump will support North Carolina GOP Chair Michael Whatley to succeed Ronna McDaniel as the leader of the Republican National Committee, according to a Republican operative familiar with Trump’s decision. [snip]

In addition to the Whatley nod, Trump will also support Lara Trump, the former president’s daughter-in-law, to serve as the RNC’s co-chairwoman. Lara Trump has long been an on-air surrogate for the ex-president, and during the 2022 campaign was briefly mentioned as a possible North Carolina Senate candidate." (our emphasis)

While the duo will have to be elected by members of the Republican National Committee, it's a foregone conclusion that whatever and whomever the Malignant Loser wants, the party members will click their heels and obey as all members of an authoritarian cult are expected to do. We can expect his daughter-in-law to enforce loyalty to their Orange Jeebus not only in the coming year, but perhaps in many years to come at the RNC. Just like they do in banana republics.
