If you can decipher the rant, it's largely his fantasy about how Michelle Obama's destroying 'Murica by condemning sexual harassment, because as we all know, Limpballs' overtures to women are always welcomed. Particularly the underage girls he allegedly paid for sex in third world countries after consuming quantities of Viagra and Oxycontin.
