David Horowitz' "Renegade Jew" Rhetoric

Frothing far right racist loon David Horowitz craves attention and has never been shy about sharing his noxious views.   The most recent example of that comes in a headline and article in pro- Trump puke funnel Breitbart "News", where the odious Horowitz joins the Stormtrumper legions in taking aim at one of the most outspoken members of the #NeverTrump movement, the Weekly Standard's neo-con demeritus "Wee Willy" Kristol, using a foul term to describe him:

The term “Renegade Jew“ trended on Twitter on Sunday night after a Breitbart article used the phrase to describe conservative commentator William Kristol.

“Bill Kristol: Republican Spoiler, Renegade Jew Prepares Third Party Effort to block Trump’s Path to White House,” read the headline of the article by Jewish writer David Horowitz.

On a more serious level, Frances Langum draws the connection between the Horowitz rhetoric and the kind of racist, virulent anti- Semitic drool coming from rabid Trump supporters.  We're clearly no fans of Wee Willy, but defining a right- wing Jew's opposition to the neo- fascist Trump as "renegade" is so far beyond the pale that it deserves all the mockery and outrage that it's getting.

How Right-Wingers Celebrate The End Of Racism

At a tea bagger conference sponsored by the billionaire Koch brothers' "Americans for Prosperity Foundation," the headline generated was "GOP activists heckle [Sen. Marco "Glug Glug"] Rubio" (hahaha).  But we found this from frothing loon David Horowitz quite revealing:

The strongest rhetoric of the day came from conservative writer David Horowitz, who called the president “the most brazen and compulsive liar to ever occupy the White House,” drawing loud whoops and cheers from the audience.  [Ed. note: =cough= Richard Nixon =cough]

“The reason we don’t attack him is obvious, but no one will say it out loud. I will: It’s because the color of his skin is black,” Horowitz told the crowd, which was predominantly white. “It is because Obama is a minority that nobody will hold him to a standard or confront him with what he has done.”  (our emphasis)

"The reason we don't attack him..."  One has to wonder, in surveying the past 5 years, under what moss-covered rock Horowitz has been living to suggest right-wing nut sacks have held off on attacking President Obama.  Also, see Horowitz' judgement immediately preceding the bolded quote.  No matter.

As for Horowitz' "blackity- black- black Obama" comments, the tea baggers would like you to remember:  it's racist to suggest a white person's being racist when they cast something in offensive racial terms.
